We were recommended to use Sympathy Funeral Services by a lot of people, and we’re glad we did. From day one, Ralph and Pierre were there to help us through such a difficult time. They made the whole process smooth, explained everything clearly, and were always kind and caring. Losing someone is never easy, but they took a lot of the stress off our shoulders and made everything much easier for our family. We can’t thank them enough and would highly recommend them to anyone going through such a difficult time. - Josh

We recently lost our dear father, the first in our immediate family. Ralph made it so easy and was professional with some great advice. Most of the arranging was done over text messages (my preferred mode of contact) and everything we asked for, he would respond "Done". On the day of the service, John and Pierre looked immaculate and handled my father's coffin with such care, even to go a little step further by straightening it as it was slightly off centre. This little gesture meant so much to us. Helen was a delight to see with her warm smile greeting everyone. Everything was just perfect. I would highly recommend Sympathy Funerals for anyone who lost a loved one. Thank you to all the team from the family of the late Joseph Laham.

We used Sympathy Funerals for the recent passing of my late Father. Ralph and John were the most sincere and compassionate gentleman throughout the entire process. Any questions I had were approached with love, kindness and a genuinity. The service for my Father was perfect and Ralph and John ensured it all ran smoothly, especially considering the sorrowful nature of the day. Even leading up the funeral, everything was thought of. Ralph came out to see us at home to make arrangements, he had ALL the information and decisions we needed to make, in one folder, making it lighter and easier on us in our grief. The viewing was conducted with the highest Integrity and dignity for my late father. We couldn't have chosen a better funeral home for my Late Father's send off. Thank you Ralph and John. God bless

I can’t explain the absolutely amazing service John and his staff provided from start to end. It was unfortunate that we had lost our grandmother on Christmas day but John was so willing to cater to our every need that specific day. Every phone call every text was answered right away! He advised us in all areas that was required for a funeral and in a time of mourning he made sure that his only answer to us was “YES” everything was smooth sailing and I would use him over and over again!!! He took the greatest care of our grandmother!! I can’t thank him and his team at Sympathy funerals for all their hard work and amazing customer service!!! Thank you again John from the KOLOMALU FAMILY!!
