Friendly and helpful staff. The meat is always fresh and top quality. In addition a good Varied selection of quality condiments.

I had a fantastic experience at this butcher shop. The quality of the meat and the service far exceeds anything I have ever come across before, in both gourmet butcheries and supermarket chains. The butchers know exactly what they are talking about, and can explain a recipe to you at the drop of the hat. I won't be shopping anywhere else to feed my family!

I started using T & R Gourmet Butchery through Chris Antico who used to deliver my fruit and vegetables. I find the quality of the meat second to none. They deliver to Mascot which is where I live and they always call 30 mins out like I ask. My two (2) stand outs are the lamb cutlets the best I have tasted and the jacks creek rib eye. You have to try these two you won't regret it. Lamb is not cheap at the moment but I would rather pay extra and get the best.
