From Sam's prompt response to my request for a quote, his advice on the best airconditioning options for my space, competitive pricing, prompt response when I needed information on segments needing strata approval, to final installation, it's been a really good experience. And I write this from the comfort of the 23°C given by my beautiful new aircon!

I feel very lucky to have chosen Teknicool Air. As a graphic designer, I can be quite particular, but Sam and his team were incredibly accommodating. They installed the outlets exactly where I wanted them, and even though our unit is on the third floor—which wouldn’t have been an easy job—they completed the installation in a very professional manner. From the initial quote through to helping with strata approval, everything was handled professionally and smoothly. Today, while it’s 37 degrees in Bankstown, I’m enjoying a cool and comfortable day at home. I’m truly grateful, and I highly recommend trusting Sam with your air conditioning needs.

We've had a ducted air conditioner installed on mounts that were required last year and also had it serviced. The Teknicool team have been great to deal with and definitely recommend. Sam and the team have been nothing but helpful and professional. I do not usually leave reviews but am doing this for the great work, ease in dealing with the teknicool team and hassle free process. Really appreciate the hard work!

Sam and his team at TekniKool Air Conditioning are nothing short of amazing! They recently installed for me 3 reverse cycle split system units in my top floor apartment (lugging the huge compressor up 8 flights of stairs with no fuss). Sam was always very responsive via email and text and he helped me get through the ordeal that was getting all the artifacts together to submit for strata approval. I was given options of how they could install the units to be compliant with what the Strata mandated, coming up with creative ways to drain water out (e.g. into the shower instead of out the side of the building). His team were always prompt and professional and left the apartment spotless by using drop sheets to protect the carpet and vacuuming afterwards. Sam called me after the initial install and told me of a problem he encountered. However, he gave me options and we agreed on a way to proceed and he and his team were back within a week and got it all sorted out. Upon inspection, the installation was perfect, the aircons look like they are floating on the walls. All the piping is neat and tidy and as hidden as possible. I find this company a very honest company and would recommend th
