My friend and I came to visit on Thursday 16 July and was served by the absolutely wonderful Emma. She took her time to take us through the differences in each type of trainers and did a scan for both of us. We ended up both purchasing a pair from her and couldn't stop talking about how lovely she was after we left the store. I don't want to go to any other Athlete's foot as long as Emma is working here!

Excellent customer service. Very courteous staff (Sarah C) who served me & my wife to choose correct shoes. I am very impressed about interest shown and service provided. Such excellence in service was first time in life while choosing shoes.

I had an in-store 3D foot assessment and shoe fitting today, and the experience was amazing. The staff member who assisted me, (Sarah), was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and kind. She was patient throughout the entire fitting, helping me try on 5–6 different pairs of shoes without ever making me feel rushed. She explained the differences between each pair, carefully analysed the sizing and fit, and recommended shoes based on my foot assessment results. Her knowledge and professionalism were on point. Unfortunately, the shoe that suited me best was well beyond my budget, so I didn't make a purchase this time. Even so, the staff member remained cheerful, smiling, and genuinely helpful from start to finish, with absolutely no pressure to buy. It was easily the best experience I've ever had in a shoe store.

I had such a positive experience at Athletes Foot Liverpool Westfield on my first visit. Bianca was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. She took great care of both my mum and me, taking the time to explain our foot scan results clearly and helping us find the right shoes to suit our individual needs. Bianca provided several options and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. It's not often that you come across this level of customer service in retail these days, so her outstanding assistance really stood out. Thank you, Bianca, for your patience, knowledge, and excellent service. We truly appreciate your help and will definitely be back!

I'm a regular customer and made a big shopping last December (6 pairs), at the Liverpool Westfield branch. The sales person, after doing the routine measurement scan, gave a smaller size to my daughter than the recommended size. My daughter though is nonverbal autistic, couldn't tell us due to that until we recently discovered the difference in size with her other pair of shoes, We went back to the store to explain. They refused to exchange due to their return policy. I sent them a feedback or inquiry email explaining all this but they didn't get back to me. I understand that this store is somewhat does sophisticated measurements based on computerised scan so the chances of errors are very rare unless the customer is nonverbal autistic and the sales person is so dump to make such mistake.

Just wanted to say a huge thank you to the two twin sisters. I can’t remember their names, but they helped me at Athletes Foot in Westfield Liverpool in NSW. One of them genuinely went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I was looking for. Even though the store was closing at 5:30pm and it was already 5:20pm, they remained professional, friendly, and patient. They didn’t rush me at all. Instead, they took the time to carefully explain everything and thoughtfully recommended the right shoes based on the scan results. Their customer service was outstanding, and I truly appreciated the care and attention they showed.

I had a wonderful experience thanks to Bianca. She was extremely friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful. She took the time to understand what I needed and helped me find the perfect pair of shoes.
