Dr Bitlan and her staff are all amazing. Very professional, kind, and thorough. You can tell she genuinely cares and takes the time to listen and explain things clearly. I would definitely recommend Dr Bitlan.

Great experience at Beauty Clinic on Pitt Street. The staff were friendly and professional, and the clinic was clean and relaxing. My practitioner was knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable throughout. Really happy with the results and I would definitely recommend!

I do not recommend this clinic at all. I had a first consultation for both a face and back treatment. When I decided to go only for the back treatment (while the upper part of my body was naked, facing the table), I was given the cost of the treatment - 500 AUD (300 EUR). I literally signed the form laying on my belly. Not before, not even while I was fully clothed. All the aesthetician did was clean my back, pop a few blackheads (for 5 minutes) and then apply retinol and vitamin A. You can literally buy these in a pharmacy for a fraction of the cost and ask a friend to do the same thing. Then, I was offered an obviously expensive "treatment plan" and was upsold the overpriced products that of course the clinic offers and that are only available in the US - nothing in the list of ingredients of those products justifies the enormous price. I have done treatments in 7 countries so far and this was by far the most overpriced one - I could have done the same at home! Later edit: the clinic confirms in its reply that all they did was apply a retinol treatment, which, even if high quality, is still a cheap compound.
