I stayed for 4 nights in the female dorm and had a great experience overall. The best thing about this capsule hotel is definitely its location. It's right in the city center and close to everything. World Square is just next door, QV Building and Chinatown are about a 10-minute walk away, and the Opera House is around a 25-minute walk away. There is also a Coles supermarket directly across the street, and tram, train, and bus stops are all nearby, making it very convenient to get around Sydney. I also loved the capsule itself. It offers excellent privacy, and I appreciated that I could lock my bunk for added security. The hotel was very clean, with housekeeping every morning, and the kitchen was always well-maintained. There is a microwave available for guests, although cooking is not allowed. The staff were friendly, helpful, and very responsive. Communication was quick and easy, even through Instagram whenever I had inquiries. I would also like to commend the management for allowing me to have my parcels delivered to the hotel before my arrival, which was incredibly helpful and greatly appreciated. From the moment I arrived, everyone was warm, welcoming, friendly, and highly professional, making my stay enjoyable from start to finish. The hotel offers outstanding value for money and is an excellent option for budget travellers. The capsules are spotless, private, and comfortable, providing a relaxing space to unwind. The shared facilities are equally impressive—always clean, tidy, and well maintained. What truly sets this place apart is the exceptional customer service. The best capsule hotel I've stayed in. The rooms are clean and quiet and have good temperature control. The capsule ceilings are a little low so if you're tall, just be careful when you sit up. I really like that these capsules aren't the plastic coffin variety. The bathrooms are great - clean, spacious and the showers are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. I really appreciated that a towel was provided. The receptionist is helpful and friendly. If you need to store luggage ahead of check-in, you can do that - there's a store room just past the reception desk.
