I’ve been a customer at Collins Butcher for at least 8 years, and the quality has always been consistently excellent. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about their customers. It’s one of the few businesses I’ve trusted for years. Highly recommend!

Best quality meat hands down. Since I moved 2 hours away I still do in whenever in Sydney too get my sausages and a few of my other favourites. I havent found any that compare where i now live.

I have been going to Colins butchery for a very long time. The meat is so fresh n tasty. Yes its expensive but you get good quality meats. I'd rather buy my meats here as it is always fresh and when you cook eg: rump steak it melts in your mouth so tender. I never buy my meats in coles or woolies. Connie is always friendly & happy serve like the rest of the team.

Please note this is ONLY about the rolls that they serve not the meat. Ive bought meat from here before and its fine. As for the rolls theres small portions and taking the piss. The lamb roll had i think 25 grams of meat in it. Sucks because they are very good rolls but the small amount of meat i might as well just get the bread no sauce offered either. So just bread and a dry roll for 13.

I’m a big fan of Colin’s kebabs for its unique high quality freshness ,flavorful, and good looking presentation to perfection , these are real snap shots and I’ve added a new recreated graphic poster to it thanks to technology to promote what I make everyday over the years , supporting the best butchery in Zetland !!! Encouraging attitude and supportive positive comments shows a good character and beauty in the soul and builds up others , I believe it’s worth a 5 star ⭐️
