There are many changes in the surgery and many new technologies. I'm glad that the office secretaries are very patient to help me through these changes.

The great doctors at The Cottage have been looking after me for a couple of decades now. Appointments routinely start on time and the doctors are very thorough and professional.

I have recently seen a doctor here, who was great however the receptionist was so rude. My in-person consultation she was very dismissive and almost slammed the eftpos machine down on the counter. I had a follow up call and she hung up straight away after getting the details she needed without even a thank you.

I have so much respect and appreciation for Dr Karen Oswald. She is a true gift to the community and medical profession. Incredibly astute, professional and funny, warm, caring and genuine. She sets a very high standard for other Doctors to aspire to. I am so glad to have received her intelligent graceful care. Reception staff are also very helpful and supportive.

A friend told me about Dr Oswald a few years ago, and since then I only see her. She is the only doctor that I feel like is really listening to me, she is very reasonable with her approach, professional, and very importantly, I don’t feel rushed. She is amazing at taking blood if your veins tend to hide like mine, and has great sense of humor :) Overall, I always had great experience and results. Recommended to anyone.
