It was my first ever visit to the Facial Room, I was recommended by my hairdresser to go. I booked into see Fiona for an eyebrow tint. I was so happy with the result of my eyebrow tint and the level of service from Fiona. I booked a facial and makeup session with Fiona at Facial Room for my mother-in-law's birthday, and it was an absolutely incredible experience from start to finish. My mother-in-law couldn't stop talking about how wonderful Fiona was and how special she made her feel on her birthday. She said she was treated like a queen the entire time. Fiona's caring nature, professionalism, and magical hands made the experience truly unforgettable. The facial itself was amazing. My mother-in-law said her skin felt silky smooth afterwards and unlike anything she had ever experienced before. She especially loved the masks and how refreshed, pampered, and radiant she felt after the treatment. A huge thank you to Fiona for accommodating us and for going above and beyond to make her birthday so special. I would highly recommend Facial Room to anyone looking for a beautiful, relaxing, and luxurious experience. We will definitely be back!

The absolute best facial in Sydney if not the best I have had worldwide every time. The passion , the level of experience & knowledge by Fiona is beyond. I walk out with glowing & nourished skin $ enjoy the lymphatic massage technique, and every part of the facial including the arm massage.
