Fantastic butcher with an excellent selection of high-quality meat. The ribeye was incredibly tender, juicy, and absolutely delicious—one of the best I’ve had. The marinated chicken thighs were outstanding as well, packed with flavor. It’s clear they take pride in the quality of their products. Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

We order one of the weekly butcher boxes, with fruit, veg and eggs. I’ve done the math and it’s the same value as buying from the super market but the quality of the produce (specifically the meat and eggs) is so much better. You really can taste the difference!

Great butcher on the corner of the fairlight shops. The crew are legends and offer brilliant service. It seems small, but I was amazed when he insisted on slicing up the chicken for the dinner I was preparing - a really great touch!
