Great selection of shops and a wonderful atmosphere! However, the escalators seem to be broken or under maintenance almost every weekend. Improving their reliability would make a huge difference to the overall experience. Every single weekend!!!

We visited this shopping centre many times, but the ladies' toilets are consistently filthy and unhygienic. The cleanliness is very poor and does not meet acceptable standards. Very disappointed with the condition, found toilets with faeces left uncleaned and the facilities generally filthy and unhygienic. Management needs to improve cleaning standards and maintenance urgently."

Great selection of food, from hot food to tasty treats. There are other popular specialty shops aswell. Easy access direct from Town Hall Station. Only drawback, can be hard to find a seat at lunchtime as it can get extremely busy. Maybe a great idea might be to install seating for singles.

Access from Pitt Street into The Galeries has got the escalators under repair for over 6 months a year on an average. They should just replace this with normal stairs if they can't get it fixed as it would atleast make it little more accessible than what it is now.

I really love The Galeries, and it is a place I visit often. It has so many great tasting restaurants and eateries as well as a range of different shops. I find it not only a great place to meet friends but also to explore on my own. Despite how busy it can be, the centre is very clean and well managed.
