2 stars – Great production, terrible business practices. Avoid if you value fair dealing. I hired the lounge via century venues as vendor and event producer for a show. While the on-the-day production and technical crew were solid (which is the only reason this isn’t a 1-star review), the sales and account management side was shockingly poor and borderline unethical. Communication with the account manager was abysmal. Emails were almost exclusively answered on Friday afternoons, if all all. The original quote was roughly 50% of the final invoice, with many “included” items from their pitch either partially delivered or fully charged as extras (evidence attached) We were billed things like 14 hours of technical labour such as lighting for a 7-hour event even after all of their staff had gone home. There was zero post-event reconciliation of charges against actual costs. Even worse, it took four full weeks after the event plus a threat of "formal letter of demand" to receive payment for ticket sales and the refundable balance (also attached). This is a fantastic location with a great atmosphere. Easy to get drinks and the seating and ambiance were outstanding. Will love to visit again and watch another performance.

4 1/2 stars for the entertainment, we had a great night at the comedy festival and am really enjoying the arts and music the venue is providing to Chatwood / the north side. BUT 2 stars for the nibbles / food options. Do not get incredibly mislead by the promotion video and the charcuterie box! Reality is a Ridiculously overpriced $25 box of underwhelming antipasto, which was poorly presented. The box contained 5 tough green olives, 1 slice of mortadella, 1 slice of salami, 1 slice of something else dried and tough with no flavor, slither of soft and tasty cheese. Left feeling really ripped off …..Wines were averagely fine.
