Went for lunch on a Sunday. We couldn't sit at a table, because all empty tables had been used and were dirty. We got seated after requesting a waiter to clean a table. Ordering the food took a really long time, with the person behind the bar asking me to remind him what I ordered several times, which was only two items. After that, one item came out wrong. Food was quite average, especially for the price ($100 for two meals). After lunch, we ordered two different cocktails, one apricot brandy, and a blackcurrant elderflower cocktail. The person behind the counter tried to charge me $15 for two $15 cocktails and I needed to point it out to him that I was only paying for one to avoid another impending error. Then I had to remind him what other cocktail I'd ordered. It took probably 20 minutes for the cocktails to come, and we had to remind the bar when it began to seem clear we'd been forgotten. It wasn't really that busy, either. When the cocktails came out, they were identical, and neither appeared to be the cocktails we'd ordered. We had a fantastic dinner here. The food was delicious and the portions were generous, though the mash could have been a bit larger. We had a really great conversation with Ryan, and he gave us excellent recommendations for our stay in Sydney. The beer he suggested suited my taste perfectly. 10/10 for Ryan. If we’re in Manly again, we’ll definitely come back.

Staff are super friendly and attentive. This is a great spot for good food in a casual, comfortable setting. The venue is actually a club but you are welcome to come and be a Member for the night at no cost. The place is not fancy but has everything you need for a nice meal. Clean as a whistle! I would arrive earlier than later as their wonderful specials can run out.

Great discovery. I found this by chance and I’m going back ! Easy access if you’re not a member although I joined on the spot - $15 for 5 years ! And you get discounts on the food and drinks as a member. We went on a Wednesday so all the burgers are $20 and they were great. The staff were happy and helpful. There are deals every day and a happy hour during the week. It’s clean and cheerful. Plus, I got a $15 discount coz the membership computer figured my birthday was coming up. We’ll be going back.

Had the most amazing eye fillet steak at Flames restaurant. Gorgeous, comfortable atmosphere. We didn't have a reservation but seating was available for our walk in table for 4. Great value and excellent quality. Will definitely come back. Highly recommend.
