That was absolutely disgusting. The toilets of this restaurant are located in the basement. They have very clear signs for both men and women. However, when I walked into the designated women's toilet area, I was shocked to see a man urinating inside with the door wide open. He was completely exposed. I called him out loudly and reminded him that this was the ladies' room. His reaction? Pure arrogance. He basically said, "So what? I’m already done anyway, it’s no big deal." I was so stunned and appalled by his shameless attitude that I couldn’t even find the words to argue with him. I just turned around and left immediately. It was terrifying to realize how vulnerable anyone could be in that empty hallway, and honestly, the thought of it still makes me feel sick and unsafe. To any women, young girls, or families planning to eat here: PLEASE BE CAREFUL when using the toilets. I’m not sure if the restaurant management is doing anything to control this, but what happened today is straight-up sexual harassment. No one should have to feel this unsafe just trying to use the toilet.

One of the best and only places in Sydney for a duck pie that is not only good value for money, but exceptional in taste and presentation. Pastry is crunchy and in general this just how one would want a pie on a cold night out with mash and gravy!Have had The Mill duck pies at least three times since they opened and it’s always been consistent and on point. Delicious!

The kind of place you go for a relaxed, no-rush meal 🍷✨ The steak was cooked perfectly — juicy, flavorful, and well-seasoned. Loved how it came with simple sides that actually let the meat shine. The squid was crispy, light, and not greasy at all 👌 And the prawns? Super rich, creamy, and comforting. Ended with a simple dessert + coffee combo which was the perfect finish. Cozy vibe, warm lighting, and great for a chill dinner. Definitely one of those spots I’d come back to without thinking twice 🤍

We came here a few weeks after renovations. The place has been really well-done with a modern warm feel. It was quite busy on the night we went however we managed to get a seat after a short wait. The food was mostly fantastic. The truffle fries were spot-on and the lamb was cooked perfectly. The salt and pepper squid was uninspired, lacking the flair of the other dishes. The staff were nice however the general service needed a little more friendliness. Still a great place for a catch-up, drink and feed.

The staff at The Mill are all very friendly. The restaurant was quite busy on the night we visited and was a bit too noisy with all the loud music and people shouting over it. The tables are quite small, so it is best to not order too much like we did. The pollo pizza was very ordinary, the duck pie was good, the truffle fries were really tasty and the highlight of our meal was the kfc which was so good that our son kept eating them, even though he normally won't eat veggies.
