I had a very disappointing experience here. Every single visit, I was pressured to spend more money. Instead of enjoying the service, I always felt anxious because I knew another sales pitch was coming. Whenever the remaining balance in my package dropped below AUD 1,000, the staff would repeatedly try to convince me to top up. It became exhausting to deal with the constant pressure. They always claimed there was a “new promotion” or “special offer,” but in reality it often felt like misleading marketing and word games. What disappointed me the most was the change in attitude. As soon as I declined to recharge my account, the staff became noticeably less friendly. If you refuse to top up, they immediately switch to other sales tactics, trying to persuade you to buy products or spend more money in different ways. The entire experience felt more like being sold to than being cared for as a customer. I won’t be coming back, and I would not recommend this place to anyone who wants a relaxing experience without constant pressure to spend more.

Tried their Exion collagen tightening and a quick IV drip since I was already in the CBD for meetings. Front desk was calm and efficient, no hard sell, which I appreciated. Therapist walked me through each step, even adjusted the settings when I said my skin felt a bit sensitive around the jawline. Room felt quiet, lights slightly dim, I almost dozed off. Skin looked a bit firmer that evening, subtle but nice, and the IV left me feeling less drained after a long day.

I had a lovely experience getting a Faith Collagen Facial at One Skin Lab Sydney. The staff were all very welcoming and took the time to analyse my skin before the treatment. We discussed my concerns and problem areas, and they recommended the Faith Collagen Facial based on my skin’s needs. The treatment itself was incredibly relaxing and unlike other facials I’ve had before. My skin felt hydrated, refreshed, and rejuvenated afterwards. The hand, neck, and scalp massage was also a wonderful addition and really enhanced the overall experience. Thank you to the team at One Skin Lab for such a relaxing and personalised treatment.

Skin clinic in Sydney Great staff with all the pretty ladies, service was great with attentiveness and care. Skin care and anti-aging, opted in for skinceuticals facial + exion anti ageing eye treatment. Treatment lasted for 2hrs, fell asleep twice but my skin definitely looks better and smoother. Need to come back for consistent care.

I had a scalp treatment and deep cleansing facial at The One Skin Lab, and the overall experience was excellent. Before the treatment, there was a very professional skin and scalp analysis. The therapist tailored the treatment based on my actual condition rather than pushing unnecessary services, which I really appreciated. The scalp treatment was extremely relaxing and left my scalp feeling clean and refreshed. The deep cleansing facial was thorough, removing excess oil and impurities effectively. My skin felt smoother and looked much clearer and healthier after the session. The environment is clean, calm, and comfortable, and the staff are attentive and professional throughout. Highly recommended if you’re looking for high-quality skin and scalp treatments in Sydney!!!!!
