A fantastic experience at The Paper Mill. George was outstanding from start to finish, providing attentive, friendly, and professional service that made our visit truly enjoyable. He was welcoming, knowledgeable, and ensured everything ran smoothly throughout the evening. The food was excellent, and George's genuine hospitality made the experience even more memorable. Amazing staff, beautiful food and a great space to host intimate events. The paper mill team helped cater for my daughter’s 21st birthday and the inviting atmosphere really set the tone. We booked two private rooms to seat just under 80 people and everything exceeded our expectations. The food was deliciously well presented, the service amazing and the space a great fit for our family. We could not be happier with how our event turned out. A huge thank you to Ahmed and Georges for your hospitality and organisation and to Jen and all of the other wait staff for the wonderful service. Highly recommended as a place to host events.

I visited The Paper Mill Food and the place itself is beautiful. The design and atmosphere are stunning. I really loved the interior and overall vibe. It’s definitely a great spot visually and perfect for photos. However, the food experience was very disappointing. The dishes lacked flavor and clearly need a lot of improvement. It didn’t live up to the expectations set by the venue. Overall, while the ambiance is a standout, the food needs serious work to match the quality of the space. No parking available in the Area

Papermill has alot to offer so it is difficult to give one rating. Function spaces are fantastic, we have had 2 events there and not only is the space beautiful, but the food was perfect too. We recently had dinner at the vault. It was good food. However it was very slow to come out and the service wasnt amazing. It took many mant attempts to get a waitress to check on our pasta. Overall it was a good experience for dinner and I would consider going back for the food.

An American mama reached out to us to set up our balloon backdrop and softplay for their bubs baptism and the venue was fantastic. Lucy was absolutely amazing in helping us with regards to bump in and bump out time - thanks so much to her! The space itself was clean and perfect for setting up our softplay, ballpit and balloon backdrop. Highly recommend this venue for a birthday party or function!
