Fantastic product, super helpful staff (Celia is so helpful and professional). Ordered 3 glass prints, arrived in short time, packaged with all the hardware needed for hanging. Excellent finish to the products. I will definitely be purchasing more.

I contacted The Print Facility to enquire about running tests for transparent prints on clear acrylic and film for a large-scale installation, as advertised on their website and confirmed over the phone. I was advised to email a quote request for the tests. However, I was abruptly told by a man named Robert that there was no point running tests unless I knew exactly what I wanted—which was odd, considering tests are precisely how one determines what’s achievable with such specialised and costly processes. When I mentioned a preference for archival printing, I was incorrectly told this wasn’t possible on acrylic anywhere—which simply isn’t true. Despite this, I remained polite and said I was happy to proceed with non-archival options just to run the tests. Robert then told me it was time to “tap out,” (whatever that means) and ignored my polite follow-up email. I was genuinely shocked by the rudeness and lack of professionalism. Anyone looking for a can’t do attitude with a side of rudeness this service might be for you but I wouldn’t recommend this business to anyone looking for a friendly, helpful or professional service.

I came across the print facility VIA a google search, after having no luck being able to find anyone locally (Coffs Harbour) who were able to do such a large printed splash back, I engaged the print facility for the job, I found their communication and advice very helpful, the item was packaged very well and delivered quickly and safely, I’m very happy with the final product, thanks again 😊
