I would give a 0 star if I could do that. Extremely rude staff. It was my first time to go to that building to see a client. I didn't know the lift button doesn't light up even it works. I thought the lift was not working properly. Then I went out from the lift and ask one of the concierge staff about it. The man was shouting at me as if I am an idiot. Totally unbelievable for a concierge service at the front desk. The management needs to get it fixed seriously. I will definitely file a complaint. Still feel very angry about this. Totally unacceptable.

The concierge was extremely rude to me as a courier who was delivering parcels to the residents,they yelled at me in the public for no reason and were acting very rude. They let me feel discriminated and disrespectful as an Asian female because they treat others differently.All I want to say is everyone should be treated equally and politely no matter which nation you come from and which occupation you are doing.

It’s been only 3weeks I moved here and already facing extremely bad behavior from the concierge guards. They literally shout like an animal. I have already signed for 1year of contract so am helpless right now. Should have checked the review before moving.

Concierge is more nosey than helpful. Apartments are overpriced. Fire alarm went off at least once every 2 months when I lived there. Each time was a false alarm (burnt food) but very inconvenient when you have a young child and live in a high rise and need to evacuate. The lift was constantly full of people as one of the lifts was commonly not working. This made it a 10-15 min exercise just to get out/in of the building. Very convenient location but we lived on the side facing the station. The only time we got any peace was when there was Trackwork. The real estate agent was also difficult to deal with. Would not recommend this building
