I have had my last two birthday celebrations at the cinema. My guests and I have really enjoyed our experience with the theatre itself and its staff. Nancy and Zoe (my point of contacts for the venue) are courteous, patient and knowledgeable. They answered any and all of my enquiries, no matter how pedantic. As someone who is a stickler for my A/V, the projector delivers vivid colours and clear picture even when displaying a lower resolution video or when mirroring from a laptop and the sound system is incredible with great bass. Perfect for plug-and-play operation. Peter, my onsite contact, was also very helpful and personable. Catering was delicious and the kitchen was able to accommodate a few dietary requirements. Will definitely be coming back next year.

Had a great time. We loved the little cupcakes set out and popcorn was also good. Only negative was that a random couple came in, I assume were maybe guests at the hotel and we had to ask to leave. Perhaps a sign to indicate it was a private event on the door or something because it did kill the vibe a bit. But otherwise, all of us who came had an amazing time and enjoyed seeing something we all wished we could see in a cinema. The staff member was also lovely.

Hosting a movie party at The Reservoir Cinema was a memorable experience. The private cinema hire option allowed us to enjoy our favorite film in a cozy setting. The attentive staff provided excellent service, and the cheese platter was simply amazing!

The Reservoir Cinema in Surry Hills is the best children's party venue! We celebrated our child's birthday with a movie party, and it was a huge hit. The private cinema hire and attentive staff made the experience enjoyable for both kids and parents. The buttered popcorn and fairy bread was a big hit with the children!

The Reservoir Cinema is the perfect private cinema for hosting movie parties. We recently had a fantastic movie night with colleagues, and the experience was outstanding. The venue in Surry Hills is cozy, and the private cinema hire in Sydney made the event hassle-free. The fresh sushi and buttered popcorn provided by the cinema were amazing!
