NEVER GO HERE. My condition has gotten worse! my appointment was extremely over priced for a such horrible experience (almost $400!) 1) She arrived extremely late 2) She payed no attention to my photos 3) she barely asked any questions 4) Didn’t talk much at all towards me 5) I told her how bad it was and about how the medication doesn’t work and told me to take only a little bit more and yet my condition as gotten so much worse but I am not going back for how much I had to spend. 6) She doesn’t know how to work with children/minors Theres so many other reasons but I’m not bothered listing them, I’m too tired. But NEVER go here, from all the reviews I have read this is an extremely common problem and needs to be fixed right away!’

My mother had a skin cancer removed from her leg. The nursing care from Bryan and Rania was next level. Bryan was very caring and Rania was extremely helpful. Dr Artemi was very approachable and and did an amazing job. The ladies at reception were also very welcoming and pleasant.

Saw Dr Polcz who is fantastic. Receptionists are great, the nurse who attended to me was great. An extremely busy place!!! There's a free car park next door but there's a queue of cars waiting to get in, there's also 1 hour street parking (one-way single lane).

Disorganised practice. Doctor was very knowledgeable and efficient but awful customer service at reception. No appointment card or SMS about my future appointments. It was also hard to locate the office inside the building, needs better signage.

I saw Dr. Neshan with my daughter several months ago , and his bedside manner was appalling to say the least. I made a complaint to the receptionist but never received any feedback. I waited over 5 months for this appointment, my daughter having several medical issues, and multiple doctors stating they thought she had psoriasis. Dr. Neshan yelled at me telling me that if I was told previously it was eczema then it was eczema, after barely inspecting her skin. He only gave steroids which she has been on before and basically made us feel we were wasting our time. He also said that ‘we must be rich’ because my daughter sees specialists, this is after I explained to him her medical issues and that her gastroenterologist was considering putting her on biologics, and I wanted to know how it may affect her skin. He said ‘I must be rich’ again to afford biologic treatments for my child? Treatments that would likely be covered by pbs?. I don’t understand this logic or why he was targeting a mother with her child making offhanded comments about my socioeconomic status? It was the most insane doctor’s appointment I have ever been to in my life. I felt completely unheard, brushed off, and deme

I would like to share my excellent experience with Dr Margit Polcz. I had been suffering from a persistent itch for several months and despite seeing multiple doctors was repeatedly misdiagnosed. Dr Polcz was highly attentive asked thorough and thoughtful questions and demonstrated great professionalism. She was able to diagnose my condition promptly and provided a treatment plan that delivered results within weeks. I also brought my father to see her, as I believe my condition may have originated from him. Dr Polcz was incredibly patient and understanding, particularly given that he has Alzheimer’s disease. Her compassionate approach made a difficult situation much easier to manage. I highly recommend Dr Polcz. She is not only knowledgeable and professional but also reassuring and a genuine pleasure to deal with.

I visited Kanika Sahni for my daughter’s appointment. Worst doctor ever. She wan only thinking of going home and counting her money. She was really rude. I am paying $300 for 15 Miranda she didn’t want to even acknowledge and look all the concerns that I had for my daughter. Extremely poor doctor and staff. When I booked an appointment over phone, the receptionist did not tell me it’s just a 15 min appointment and also did not inform me that a secure deposit of 100 was required to confirm the appointment. Extremely horrible experience with the clinic and the specially the doctor. Will definitely not recommend the doctor to anyone.

The Skin Hospital Westmead was recommended by my podiatrist and she was right. My experience has been nothing but positive. From my first visit to my last treatment the staff have been welcoming, professional and understanding. I developed Psoriasis on my finger and toe nails and was treated using Iontophoresis. While this wasn’t a regular treatment for my condition the clinic nurses especial Joanne worked through any minor issues with improvisation and problem solving. I would highly recommend the Skin Hospital I was treated with understanding, patience and anll my questions were answered and the results having been incredible .
