I have been visiting the Park Hyatt Sydney Spa for many years and have had countless massages there over that time. Unfortunately, my most recent experience was the reason I have decided I won't be returning. What made Park Hyatt stand out in the past was the exceptional level of professionalism, tranquillity and attention to detail. Previous therapists were experienced, intuitive and created an environment where you could genuinely relax from the moment you entered the treatment room. Sadly, this latest massage was the complete opposite. The treatment felt rushed from beginning to end. The therapist appeared inexperienced, and there was none of the calm, confident flow you would expect from a luxury spa. Every movement seemed hurried, and instead of feeling relaxed, I felt as though the session was simply being worked through as quickly as possible. The atmosphere was equally disappointing. One of the reasons I always chose the Park Hyatt Spa was because of how peaceful and quiet it used to be. During this treatment, I could hear cupboards opening and closing, people moving around outside the room and constant noise that completely disrupted the experience. The room also felt

An amazing experience. We had a couple massage and it was the best Iβve ever had. Well done to the team for a great experience from the moment you enter the spa.

Very disappointing, wonβt be coming here again anytime soon. The whole spa experience felt extremely rushed! The lack of time given before the commencement of our massage as well as the limited time given after our massage spoilt the overall experience, mind you, the massage itself was below average. There were several knocks on the door, followed by a request to clean the room at the end of our massage. Far from a relaxing treatment! You can atleast allow guests to get up from their treatments, find their balance, shower if they please and get ready. Intruding and abruptly asking for the room 5 mins after the massage is appalling. Cannot believe this is the type of service at the Park Hyatt.

Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish. The team was professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about delivering quality. Communication was clear, deadlines were met, and the results exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended for anyone looking for reliability and excellence.

I was a fan of The Spa at Park Hyatt. It used to be fantastic. However, the standard has gone down. The therapist was in a rush and I was scheduled for a earlier appointment upon reaching there 20 mins early as I thought I can wind down and relax. I went with the flow and had my massage early. The therapist did not thoroughly went through my written request and I thought she knew what I wanted. It turned out that she didnβt know what I want, and I have to skip my arm area so that I can get my gluteal muscles done. The massage room also did not offer any Le Labo amenities anymore.
