Our child has been a member of the Treehouse family for over 2 years. Following every transition from the nursery, to the toddler room, and finally the preschool room, our child has quickly built secure attachments with the educators and a strong sense of belonging and community. At pickup, our child is always content and happy and is often reluctant to leave. The centre is run like a well oiled machine with predictable routines, healthy meals, and a safe, clean and calm environment. Regular updates are provided via an app and a book which documents the many and varied activities the children have enjoyed that week. The only drawback is the lack of an outdoor space however, this is compensated for by a large indoor gross motor area which is flooded with natural light. Parental feedback is frequently and genuinely sought and enacted. We love and trust Treehouse so much that we've enrolled our second baby.

We recently moved our two daughters to this daycare and we couldn’t be happier. The educators and the campus director know the children well and are clearly passionate about what they do. They take the time to connect with parents and genuinely work in partnership with us to support each child’s development. Thanks to the amazing team, our daughters transitioned smoothly and settled in so well. It’s a huge relief to know our girls are in such caring hands—it allows me to focus on work without any worry. What really stands out is how involved and present the campus director is. She’s often on the floor, and you can see how much the children adore her—kids run to her for cuddles, which says it all! Communication is excellent, and the team actively seeks feedback and suggestions from parents. It’s clear they value family input and strive to create a welcoming, nurturing environment. We’re so grateful to have found this centre!

Treehouse was a lovely home away from home for our daughter, where she attended from nursery to preschool. As parents, we always felt assured of her safety and sense of wellbeing during her days of attendance. She developed strong, meaningful relationships with all her primary educators, and continues to talk about them fondly. The learning experiences were always engaging and relevant, and took the children’s ideas, interests and inquiries into account. We are so grateful for our time at Treehouse and couldn’t have asked for a better experience with an early childhood education and care service.

Enrolled both my children at Tree House and highly recommend. All of the teachers are so lovely & have lots of experience looking after children. I feel comfortable and confident that they are in the best hands while there. Both get so excited each morning when we arrive & never want to leave when picked up - a parents dream!

My son has been attending KU Treehouse for almost a year and the experience is nothing but positive. The best part of it is the staffing! I can see that they genuinely care for him, the interaction is warm and respectful. They put so much effort to ensure my child feels belong, loved and comfortable. The staffing is also consistent (no one resign since my child started) and they are very knowledgable in sharing strategy when i need help as a first time parent. The place is also very clean ++
