Deserves negative rating if it was allowed. Staff are rude, incapable and work like they don’t want to be there. Have to ask for drinks at least twice and no smile no thanks and no response. One can definitely feel discrimination when staff are only responding and talking to their own background customers. They make you feel totally unwanted at the venue.

Terrible management and service here. I’ve been to this hotel a few times now and seen the manager with arm tatts constantly mingle with her own friends and other patrons being left unattended. I wouldn’t come back again.

Gone down hill tragically since new owners took over, lost all their long serving good staff, speed of service gone from seconds to many minutes, or just not at all. Don’t waste your time or money in this place anymore

It's under Renovation so no food at the moment. Bar is still open serving nice cold Beer and spirits. Come back at a later date folks when the Bistro is installed.

I really like this pub. They have a Goodtimes Burgers (of Bondi beach fame) serving out if the bistro. The $5 Wednesday deals are awesome! Great food and a different burger every week. The staff are efficient and friendly. The place is neat and tidy, and they have a nice beer garden outside. If you're in the gaming section, they have excellent service; they'll bring you complimentary snacks and come and take your drink orders. They have tab facilities in the main bar, and a pool table too. Definitely one of my favourite pubs in the Parramatta area.
