The Yard Gym is definitely the gym you want to go to if you’re after a fun community atmosphere and keen on getting results. The trainers Ben and Lilly are very knowledgeable, give great coaching cues and provide good feedback. They get the most out of you and I couldn’t speak more highly of them. If you’re stuck on your fitness journey and are looking for a change this is definitely the place you want to be.
