From the initial quote through to installation, the team were professional, punctual, and clear about what to expect at every step. Corey’s team did a great job, the install was clean, efficient. We had been considering solar for quite some time, but to be honest, the whole process seemed confusing and a little overwhelming. That all changed when Think Renewable knocked on our door. From the very beginning, the entire Think Renewable team was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Everyone was professional, friendly, and always willing to answer our questions. From Henry through to Sam, our sales representative, and the admin and installation team, every interaction was positive and professional. Sam in particular was fantastic throughout the process. He was always available to take my calls, answer questions, and explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. What initially felt like a complicated decision quickly became a straightforward and stress-free experience. All the guys at Think Renewable were fantastic from sales, admin and installers. Quick to respond to any questions and always got back to me in very prompt time. Very happy with the solar battery they recommended, and they were also very helpful in getting all the rebates we were eligible for. Cannot recommend them highly enough.
