Absolutely discusting service.I walked in and was looked at by blonde girl at front ironing clothes and she totally ignored and put her head down .As I walked around for a while looking at the racks and chose a few items I was going to purchase but still no assistance and I was the only person in the store .The two girls chose to talk between themselves and still not even a hello .I just walked out disgusted and kept my hundreds of dollars I was going to spend in my wallet and will give it to a store that offers fantastic service and friendly environment to shop in as this store was far from it .Big loss .

Poor quality. I bought a pair of trousers for 89 AUD. I only wore them once, and the fabric was damaged on the left side near the pocket. It was just normal wear and tear. I asked to exchange them, but I was told it wasn't possible because the damage occurred after purchase. So basically, if it's a manufacturing defect, forget it, it's still your fault. For trousers at this price, I find that unacceptable.

Absolutely dreadful product.Looks like made by a 4 yr old at daycare. No tag, or Fabric instructions.Horrible scratchy 'cotton' Had loose threads . Requested refund and via rmail advised by Eric to return to an address in China with multiple meaningless apologies Which meant I would NEVER see my money. Alternative offered was to refund 20 % offended that 'Eric' thought am so stupid I would give my personal bank details after this nonsense ! Terrible company . Rang Paypal to lodge request IMMEDIATELY to report this company a scam. STAY AWAY otherwise throw your money out the window instead to save time and the hassle . Gave the shirt to Vinnies , they didn't want it either.

Pretty disgusted at the customer service… I accidentally placed and order and IMMEDIATELY asked for it to be cancelled. Only for them to ignore my multiple emails and messages, post it the next day and refuse a refund. I could not afford the purchase at the time with cost of living. After much deliberation over email they agreed if I posted them back they would refund me, which I did, paid for the postage and NEVER RECEIVED THE REFUND OR CREDIT.

Pretty gutted and disappointed with the poor level of customer service received from this store. I have been shopping here for a while now and purchased a pair of leather shoes for $99 that after wearing twice to work were no longer suitable to wear due to the faulty fabric used that scratched and tore without any inflicted wear and tear. I then took them back and received no follow up for 2 weeks as I had to call multiple times to receive any updates. They said they would call me once they had decided what they were going to do- yet I never received a phone call. I then went in store to see some progress in update in which they said they were unable to provide any return/refund or compensation and accused me of 'having a wild night' in these shoes. I would never return a faulty product if it was of my own doing and this really offended me as the poor quality of this product was not taken responsibility for and now I have a pair of unwearable shoes (bought to wear in the work place but are no longer of acceptable level) Poor from This N That & shame on you for not taking accountability of the poor level of product functionality that you are providing.
