Definitely highly rated and recommended. Craig and his team are efficient and adaptable for all the needs we had. He explained the entire process clearly and answered all of our questions. There were certainly changes asked in a very short notice however he was very considerate and tried very hard to cater for those. Craig also did a very professional job by being the host during the day and delivered a very smooth yet meaningful event. 5 star for Craig and his team.

Timeless was recommended to us by a friend, and Craig and his team provided outstanding care and support during a very difficult time. My dad passed away in December close to the holiday period, and they were responsive, compassionate, and professional throughout the entire process. Craig kept us well informed and explained everything clearly, without ever making us feel rushed. I phoned a few days prior to my loved one’s passing, and from that very first conversation, Craig showed so much care, compassion, professionalism, and trust during such a difficult time. From the very beginning, he was friendly, professional, informative, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire process.
