I have been seeing Ray the physiotherapist for a year and I am happy with the results. He has helped me with my shoulder rehab and uses both manual therapy and exercises to help with the healing process. Couldn’t be happier!

I have been doing Physio with Jeff Siu for several years now and over this time I have really appreciated his patience and kindness. He is extremely dedicated and makes sure to consider my goals. I also really like that he takes a very realistic approach to my progress which is very non-intimidating. I couldn't recommend him more :)

Chris was a compassionate and highly professional OT who supported a family member of mine, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for better care. From the very beginning, Chris was approachable, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to truly understand our situation and tailor support to our needs. Chris from Timeless healthcare has truly changed our daughter’s life. Watching our 8-year-old grow in confidence, connection, and independence has been incredibly emotional for us as parents. Before OT, social situations and tasks were really hard for her. Now she’s engaging with others, listening, and giving things a go in ways we never thought possible. The pride she feels in herself is beautiful to see. Chris doesn’t just “do therapy” — he genuinely cares. He sees our daughter for who she is and brings out the very best in her. My family had an excellent experience with Chris, who provided compassionate and highly professional OT support for our elderly father. Chris took the time to truly understand Dad's needs across several appointments, approaching him with genuine empathy, patience, and kindness. When Dad’s health suddenly declined, Chris and his colleagues' team‑based approach made a huge difference. He worked seamlessly with Dad's physiotherapist, Jeff — who also works for Timeless Healthcare — and together they were able to fast‑track Dad's assessment, which we were incredibly grateful for during a stressful time. They also recommended equipment that was thoughtfully tailored to Dad’s specific needs, with a strong focus on safety, comfort, and improving his overall quality of life. Ray has been an incredible physiotherapist for my mum following her knee replacement. He does home visits, which has made her recovery so much easier and more comfortable. Since working with Ray, my mum has improved so much—her mobility, strength and confidence have all grown noticeably. He is passionate about his work, and it really shows. Ray always arrives with a smile, brings a cheerful energy to every session, and makes my mum feel supported and motivated. His patience, encouragement and genuine care have made a huge difference in her recovery. We are truly grateful for Ray’s professionalism, kindness and dedication. I can’t recommend him highly enough to anyone needing physiotherapy, especially post-surgery or for home-based care.
