Booked my son into day camp and arrived with the place locked up with nobody in sight. Booked and paid for with work to get to. Should be ashamed for having a website that allows bookings and payment when you have no intention of running a camp. And now I'll need to chase a refund no doubt.

Booked in for a session that was clearly defined as located in manly. Thankfully I had a screen shot I sent my friend that showed the day as manly. The confirmations don’t even show the date you have booked so are no use. Arrived and there was no event. For a school holiday this caused major disruption with 4 other kids in a similar situation. I had to cancel a work day last minute and take two other children to cover my friends who were also booked in. Response was sub optimal only believed when others turned up. I wouldn’t trust booking the service as a result.

My son attends Tinker Tank every Thursday after school and absolutely LOVES it! The mentors are engaging, fun, and incredibly knowledgeable, creating a positive and inspiring environment. It’s an awesome group of kids, and I’ve seen such a huge boost in my son’s confidence since he started. Highly recommend!

I’ve had both my kids go through TinkerTank for a number of years. They (and me!) have enjoyed different programs suited to each of their ages. Both of them have really enjoyed playing and being taught skills that will stay with them (and be useful) their whole lives. It’s a wonderful place for kids to share these experiences with like minded peers. The staff have always cared so much, and there was real excitement when the designs they made together worked! Thanks for running a great place!

My son loves TinkerTank and has been to the holiday day camp many times. The learning is varied and high quality (robotics, coding and 3D printing as well as a one-off DJ mixing skills workshop which was a highlight!). The staff are really friendly and professional. Thank you TinkerTank team - keep up the great work!
