Very good service. I have used TJ Andrews twice for funerals and both times went very smoothly and everything as planned. My mum passed away at a nursing home during the night and I called Peter early in the morning and he quickly started making arrangements. Choosing the coffin was easy when I could see them in front of me, and Peter took the time to talk with me about what the family wanted. All the costs were discussed up front and there were no hidden extras. My mum had requested that the funeral be at her church so we were able to work with the minister to do that, followed by a wake at the church building, and then an afternoon burial. Having all the arrangements taken care of really let me feel cared for during a difficult time of loss. Thank you TJ Andrews!

Once again to everyone at TJAndrews my heart felt thanks for taking care of my dear friend with such dignity and respect. With your help i was able to follow her wishes and say farewell in a beautiful setting. Everything was just perfect from start to the finish.

I would like to express our appreciation to Karen and the team at TJ Andrews, Baulkham Hills, you navigated us with respect and kindness through the organisation of our dear mother's funeral. It was an extremely difficult time and you answered all of our questions with compassion, helped us source a minister, allowed us to change the order of service (with no questions asked) and ensured the ceremony ran smoothly. Your professionalism helped ease us through this emotional time and for this we are very grateful.

I could not rate Peter and the entire team at TJ Andrews, including the very patient media team, high enough! I had the unfortunate experience of having to arrange two family funerals within 6 weeks of each other. I don't know how I would have done it without the exceptional care, understanding and attention to detail that I received from Peter. I will be forever grateful!

Professional, respectful and compassionate. My Mum was handled with graceful care and Pennie made a difficult process as easy as possible. We could not have imagined a more beautiful farewell for our Mum. Though people do not think of money at such a time it is worth mentioning that TJ Andrews were much less expensive than most of the other Funeral Directors I called. I can recommend TJ Andrews without reservation.
