Yuka at Tokyo Head Spa is what perfect looks like in human form. Her pressure was exactly right every single time, no adjustments needed! I left feeling like a brand new person assembled by someone who actually knew what they were doing. Exceptional does not cover it!! Thank you Yuka!

It was a very relaxing experience but not worth it for the price. I paid $295 for 100 mins but 20 mins of this was consulting and drying my hair. Whilst the scalp massage and neck & shoulder massage was really nice, I was disappointed the waterfall attachment wasn’t used as it’s pictured in all their ads.

I purchased a two person package for me and mums birthday. Was booked in however this morning day of the booking was told I couldn’t use one of the package for my mum as it’s in my name so I had to pay another $195 today. So just becareful it is in the terms and conditions. If you are wanting someone to come along was told to buy a gift voucher. So today me and mum went together and we had beautiful Yuka she was amazing and lovely she did the best head massage and neck Massage. I definitely needed this today as I struggled with a migraine last two days. So the confusion we had at the start simply went out the window because we both enjoyed every minute of this service. I also thought the whole floor of different services was so chic. I sat in the waiting area and I had Cold water i’d help myself too and the bathrooms were immaculate. The treatment was so relaxing and my mum enjoyed every bit of it. Was a nice way to enjoy a day at this headspa for our birthday. I will be using my next voucher at this place.

Absolute shambles. The customer service from this company is almost laughable. After purchasing a voucher for two head massages as a gift, I attempted to make a booking for the following weekend. The website wouldn’t allow me to book due to a technical issue, so I searched online for a contact number. I called three times β€” no answer. I sent a text requesting a callback β€” nothing. Two days later, I managed to find an email address and requested a Sunday booking. I then received a call from the β€œsalon next door” explaining that someone would contact me shortly because nobody was available at reception. Strange, but fine. I later received an email asking for all my booking details, despite already providing them in the previous email. I sent everything again and was told someone would call me. At approximately 6:30pm, Bree from customer service finally called and asked what date I wanted. When I requested a Sunday appointment, I was told they were fully booked for the next six weeks. After spending three days chasing a simple booking, I was then informed there was no availability. I explained the situation and asked why it had taken so long to get a response if there was clearl

Wow, what an amazing experience! I was lucky enough to be treated to the Orihime package (1 hour and 40 minutes), and every single second was absolute bliss. There is truly no other place that can compare to Tokyo Head Spa. My therapist, Yuka, was incredible – clearly so well trained (from Japan) and incredibly attentive throughout the whole experience. Every detail felt luxurious and deeply relaxing. If you’ve been thinking about booking in, do it! It genuinely lives up to the hype.
