Very disappointed!!! Went here a few times and every time the customer service was horrible. The cashier was throwing my items while scanning, charged me the wrong price, then screamed at me when I pointed it out. She rolled her eyes and gave attitude. If you can’t work in customer service, find another job. No one is forcing you to work there, literally, period. Zero customer service!

⚠️ Avoid buying eggs from this store. They sell expired eggs with fake “use by” dates. The price is unusually low—almost half of other stores—but the eggs are unsafe. Some yolks break easily, and some eggs float in water, which is a clear sign they are old. This is a serious food safety risk. Consider reporting this to Accc

This Asian supermarket has several branches around Sydney and the one here at Chatswood Chase has been here for many years at the same lower ground floor near Coles supermarket. It's a large supermarket with large variety of Asian products including fresh vegetables, spices, condiments, canned foods and frozen foods. Prices are very competitive, even cheaper than at some other malls. Staff are friendly and helpful locating products. Plenty of parking at the mall. Store has level access and good lighting.

We were served by the cashier -Jessie from chatswood store . We were amazed by her friendly quick and efficient service. All items were arranged and neatly placed in the two bags we had without us saying anything. That’s right Tongli Rhodes, unlike all of your useless cashiers where you have thrown or dropped randomly items damaging or squashing things.
