To the short middle aged lady with her hair tied back who I presume is the manager: please stop screaming at your staff - it's actually extremely unprofessional and just a terrible thing to do. Literally 9/10 times I've been in there she's got this angry face on and yelling at staff. Everyone is human please stop treating your staff this way. I hope you don't have kids who grow up one day and are treated like this at work.

I was happy to find several of the items I had been looking for, and it’s definitely an advantage to have an Asian grocery store like this in the local community. However, I completely understand the complaints in previous reviews about the staff’s attitude. When I visited on the morning of June 30, I asked the cashier for a receipt. They ignored me completely, and when I asked a second time, they simply pointed with their chin toward the receipt printer without saying a word. It was my first visit, and the experience left a very bad impression. Unless it’s an emergency, I don’t plan to come back. Staff customer service training is urgently needed.

Literally like other Chinese company, very cheap prices yet very bad services. Dont expect any customer care in there. Find your things and pay. Thats it!.

Great place, competitive prices and large selection of asian foods and this branch not only contains the usual Chinese/Vietnamese/Thai groceries. This branch also stocks Filipino and indonesian groceries as well. They have fresh vegetables as well and frozen food. They take eftpos/cash and also accept Amex as well.
