I've always found the physiotherapists at Total to be fantastic - warm, professional, efficient and responsive. They take the time to ensure I understand everything. I've been treated over the years for issues with hand injuries, knee problems and, at the moment, a rotator cuff injury. The reception staff are great, too. I appreciate the use of an app to manage my exercise program, too.

Total physio is an excellent physio practice, they are all professional, supportive and incredibly good at what they do. I’ve had fantastic treatments from many of the physios there. The physio I’m currently seeing, Naya, is outstanding. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, straight to the point, realistic and efficient in how she treats and prescribes exercises. I really appreciate her practical approach; no endless rehab routines (that no one ever follows), but enough structure to safely build back capacity. I thought I’d be off running for months, but her gradual, sensible progression has made it possible to return within weeks (carefully!).

I am an 84 retired medical practitioner. I am confident in evaluating the quality of care I receive . I saw Samantha Parson prior to last Christmas break for physiotherapy. I was more than happy with the treatment I received. She is an excellent therapist who I would recommend to anyone requiring treatment.

Stella is the BEST physiotherapist we could ask for! She makes every session so engaging and fun. My daughter has shown great improvement in strength, balance and coordination. Thank you, Stella - we are so grateful ❤️ HIGHLY RECOMMENDED ❤️
