I had broke down on the hill on the Wakehurst Parkway on a rainy night with no street lights in the area, with the car half on a single lane road with cars wizzing past at 80km/h, I called Tow Corp and they sent a truck straight away, the truck arrived and the driver loaded the car on the back of the truck with ease and being in a dangerous spot. I am extremely thankful for the speedy response and the driver’s professional work ethics and taking control of the situation to make it easy and stress free for the customer, I highly recommend Tow Corp services.

Colby from Towcorp provided an outstanding service from start to finish. What could have been a stressful situation was made easy thanks to his professionalism, friendliness, and clear communication. He arrived promptly, handled the vehicle with great care, and took the time to explain everything in a calm and reassuring way. Nothing felt rushed, and it was obvious he takes pride in doing the job properly. It’s not often you come across someone who combines efficiency with genuinely great customer service, but Colby absolutely does. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing a tow — top-notch service all around.

Had a fabulous experience with Tow Corp this evening when my car lost Power in a pretty precarious spot. I’ve forgotten the tow truck drivers name but he put my safety first and dropped me and my car off in a safe spot close to home. He was quick professional and an all round lovely person as I was quite distressed on arrival making sure I was okay and put my car in a safe convenient spot to be sorted out in the morning thanks so much for the professional and friendly service! I’ll certainly keep Tow Corp in mind if I need a tow truck again

Always use Tow Corp, they are just amazing, from customer service to the nitty gritty of towing they’ve got you covered. Honestly I don’t trust anyone else to tow my cars. From your pride of joy to your everyday beater, they take great care and pride in their work and the drivers are always lovely to have a chat with. They’ve saved me a couple times with cars not starting or moving and every time they get my car where it needs to go. Great service, great price, great support. As a car person I keep them on speed dial😂

🛑🛑🛑🛑🛑🛑🛑🛑🛑🛑🛑🛑🛑🛑 This was by far the worst service I have experienced in Australia during all the time I have lived here. I am not an Australian citizen and I am still learning English. My English is understandable, but I had some difficulty communicating at certain moments. This does not justify the way I was treated. The staff member was rude, impatient, arrogant, and disrespectful — not only to me, but also to the person who tried to help me communicate. There was no professionalism or empathy at any point. I was asked to provide my credit card details over the phone, which made me feel extremely uncomfortable, especially given the aggressive and disrespectful attitude. I do not feel safe sharing sensitive information under those circumstances. The entire experience was humiliating and very disappointing. I do not recommend this service. The customer service was unacceptable.
