My wife and I completed our On-road Towing Course through Tow-Ed earlier this week in preparation for our new caravan and upcoming trip. Richard (the instructor) was extremely knowledgeable and made the practical tasks easy to understand ensuring that we were both confident in towing the van, use the brake controller and parking before we finished the day. Highly recommended.

Did my course at Esk in QLD with Jeff prior to taking off on 12months+ towing around the country He was professional and a very knowledgeable instructor. No question was too much for him to answer in detail. Confidence increased and internet myths busted. All done on private property with specifically made tracks to practice techniques and with clear guidance Highly recommended

So sorry to hear you had a bad experience with a towing course but you are mistaken, it was not a Tow-Ed course. We have not had a Bridget on our Central Coast course and we certainly make sure we attend to every students needs. We take a maximum of two vans on our course to make sure everyone feels confident and comfortable by the end of the day..

They assured me doing the towing course I would have the skills to reverse my caravan on my own into my driveway. I booked the course at Central Coast and again on the day they said by the end of the training day I would be able to reverse the van into my driveway. They set-up a scenario similar to my driveway and even the instructor had problems. The male instructor just was NOT interested and he was the one running the course. All he wanted to do was talk about his caravaning adventurers with another student on the course. I sold the caravan!! It was a waste of my time and money doing the course. Look elsewhere for a towing course or at least don't do the course at Central Coast.
