Transform has such a welcoming and positive environment and offers a range of classes that improve both your strength and wellbeing. The instructors are very positive and caring, and take the time to personalise every lesson, which make them so engaging!

I really love transform yoga, I’ve done a number of classes from yoga, to reformer to Ariel. The instructor’s are well informed, helpful and understanding to your bodies needs. I especially appreciated the owners one on one conversations with me to talk in depth about my back injury and to tailor my approach to some classes. That is something I have never had from any other studio I’ve been to, in Australia or England. My favourite class is Thursday evening yin with Mel, always the most calming and enjoyable time and the highlight of my day. Would recommend this studio to anyone!

Transform Pilates offers small size classes which I have been enjoying for a few years now. The instructors are fab, fun and very knowledgeable. I always felt welcome, encouraged and supported. Thank you 👌

My daughters attended Transform and recommended it to me. I wanted to become stronger to be able to lift my new grandchild. I had an assessment done and felt very much at home and welcomed. I found the cost very reasonable. I love the Pilates classes. I don’t feel pressured to perform perfectly and just take it at my own pace. The staff can see the improvement I am making in strength, flexibility and balance and the classes are so enjoyable I want to keep coming back. The other class members are lovely and the teachers are experienced, patient, helpful and fun. Shout out to Christina and Petra.

The Transform studio and teachers have played a significant role in my journey back to health and fitness. I joined in mid 2024 and I now attend at least 3 classes every week - sometimes 5! The teachers are welcoming, caring and supportive of individual needs. The classes are varied and provide opportunity for all levels (beginner through to advanced). I now feel strong in mind and body, and I can’t imagine week without going to Transform! I highly recommend to anyone thinking about coming along.
