I asked Patsy to help me with a uniquely complicated task - convert my leftover cash from trips to 12 countries over twenty years into Euros. She was marvellous: cheerful, indeed entertaining, fastidious, professional. She had to check every single note was one that was still in circulation and accepted by Travelex. I could hardly believe it, but some of my South African rand dated from the apartheid days. Moreover, Patsy had to first sell me AUD$ and then buy those AUD$ with €. All handled with a smile and a laugh by the hugely charismatic Patsy.

My experience here was wonderful. I ended up getting a travel card, and Patsy was incredibly helpful in helping me set up and understand my card. I also misplaced my own personal affects while at there store, and both Patsy and Anastasia where incredibly helpful in getting my personal items back. Overall I got a great service and a great exchange rate!
