Many thanks to (Trendell & Turner) Travel Associates in Manly, Brisbane for organising my small group tour with Rabbies to the Orkney Islands, Scotland while I was recently visiting family in the UK. Particular thanks to Brad Sward who put the entire package together to get me on the tour and to facilitate my safe and efficient transfer from London to Edinburgh return. This was the first time I had used Travel Associates and I was greatly impressed in the professional manner in which Brad personally managed all the planning aspects on my behalf, kept me informed of progress, and compiled all the necessary travel and accommodation documentation. An outstanding effort and level of service that made for a seamless and enjoyable travel experience. Thank you Brad; I'll be back for more :-)

Thanks so much Stacey for all your help in organising our recent trip to the UK. Our boat trip in the Hebrides was fabulous as was our extensive six week road trip wending our way through the Hebridean islands, Scottish highlands, Welsh and British countryside before our final few days in London to cap it all off. Stacey organised all our flights, car hire, ferry connections and all accommodation and everything she organised ran seamlessly. Stacey was very approachable and friendly and always at hand to chat when we had queries or concerns.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We cannot recommend **Lolo Trendall** highly enough. We’ve now used Lolo for three trips — one to the UK and Europe, one to New Zealand, and most recently an incredible six-week Europe adventure — and every experience has been seamless and stress-free. Lolo’s communication is outstanding. She is organised, thorough, flexible, and genuinely takes the time to understand our interests and travel style. Every hotel she has selected has been thoughtfully chosen, well-located, comfortable, and perfectly suited to what we enjoy when travelling. She tailors each holiday carefully to our budget and always provides helpful ideas for activities, experiences, and places of interest, adding real value beyond just bookings. While we often choose to book our own tours, Lolo is more than happy to organise these for us whenever we need — nothing is ever too much trouble. Thanks to Lolo’s expertise and attention to detail, travelling feels effortless and exciting from start to finish. We wouldn’t travel without her and are already looking forward to planning our next trip!

Thank you so much Stacey for helping us arrange another fabulous trip. We had such an amazing time in Japan. The hotels you recommended were perfect for us and we really enjoyed the Intrepid food tour in Tokyo. Japan is such an amazing place but organizing a trip like this without your help would have been overwhelming. I would highly recommend Stacey Harding at Trendell & Turner Travel Associates.
