Scratched 50% of the wheel lip. The protection equipment used had worn down and was bare metal on metal contact. Much of the wheel lip has been scrapped off. The shop did not deny responsibility however a $50 refund on a wheel that costs $700 each new is fairly unreasonable. The pictures attached are all from 1 single wheel. Update: During the same visit I had two brand new tyres put on another pair of brand new wheels. Upon coming home, the valve stems were installed incorrectly, I now have to go back for them to fix their 2nd mistake. That said, staff are friendly and are happy to correct their mistakes, however being a professional tyre shop these basic mistake shouldn’t have happened in the first place. Update 2: After returning to the shop to have the valve stems fixed, the shop mentioned they'd seen my review and offered to full repair the damaged wheel. I respectfully declined as I don't have time to run back and fourth between home and the tyre shop. The leaking valves were correct fully re-installed and the matter was resolved within 15 minutes. I'm a repeat customer. The team here are amazing! They'll get the job done at a reasonable price! Professional and experienced team that doesn't overcharge their customers. I'll be back and recommend more customers to go get buy they're tyres and wheel serviced here!

The quality of their work is top-notch, and they really know what they’re doing. They were professional, honest, and took the time to explain everything clearly. My Toyota Landcruiser looks and drives completely different now — smooth, stable, and the wheel setup looks unreal. Pricing was very fair and the customer service was next level.
