I’m currently staying at UKO and have had a great experience so far. The property is clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. A special thanks to Antoine and Michaela—they’ve both been incredibly kind, approachable, and always happy to help whenever I’ve needed anything. Their friendly attitude has really made me feel at home. Looking forward to the rest of my stay and would definitely recommend UKO to others

My experience with UKO has been quite disappointing. Whenever there is an issue that needs to be addressed, raising concerns is often treated as being “demanding” rather than receiving proper support and accountability. There have been repeated issues with the amenities and services provided by the building, and unfortunately, many of the commitments made have not been followed through. I expected better communication, responsibility, and professionalism from the management. Based on my overall experience, I would not recommend UKO unless there are significant improvements in how resident concerns are handled.

I’ve been staying at UKO for a couple of months now, and it’s been a positive experience so far. The team has been welcoming and helpful from the start, especially Michaela, who has always been friendly and happy to answer any questions I’ve had. The location has been one of my favourite things about living here. My college is just across the road, and having the train station, shops, and Westfield so close makes everyday life much easier.
