The perfect, ready to walk-in, accommodation in Sydney! Lived here for just over a year and the all-inclusive bills and fully furnished elements make it such an easy experience when just moving to the city.

Stayed there for six months. Was first contacted with Brani and he has been very helpful through the whole process. They host events to have tenants gathering for meet and greet if you like to meet new people. Place is cozy and have everything needed.

Stayed here for 3 months when moving to Sydney and it was so convenient. Centrally located and has everything you need. The community manager, Bettina was also amazing - She was always available to help! Would definitely recommend UKO Surry Hills Village.

I love my stay in UKO - all bills included, fully furnished, amazing location, and responsive admin team. I wish I can get back again soon! Yulia is my property host and she is nothing but kind and accommodating. Appreciate her consistent timely responses. I recommend UKO for a good first accommodation as they don't discriminate in who they accept so long as you pass the independent checks. Also, they allow for their tenants to explore community and utilise amazing common spaces for friends and co-tenants.

Overall speaking, the staying experience is fabulous. Being a young adult, staying in a co-living environment allows me to meet people from all walks of life across the globe. Not only is the living environment great, the support provided by the management team is also unparalleled. I particularly enjoy the social event organised by our house manager. If you are finding a place to stay in Sydney, UKO is really your best choice.
