Very comfortable library, I am an odd looking fella and maybe coz of that I've been snubbed by some staff at other libraries, well the Ultimo Library Staff have been so friendly and welcoming I was surprised how friendly they are. I don't normally leave reviews especially positive ones, this positive review was much deserved β―οΈ

Big shout out to Mia at Ultimo and Darling Square libraries! She really went above and beyond to introduce us to all the services that the library has to offer that I otherwise would never have known about. Her positive and friendly attitude made us feel so welcome. Thank you Mia for making our day, youβre a gem! βοΈ

One of the worst libraries in the inner city. It's basically a sport complex with a section of books. This library has its priorities way out of whack. There is basically no where to sit and study - especially if you need a power outlet. They have prioritised a large staff area and book shelves over usable space. Most people don't borrow books any more but there is still a huge need for school and uni students, jobseekers and those who need a break from WFH to have good spaces with power.

Nice small community center for people living in the vicinity, with some magazine, newspaper and small books collection. Not a place for traveler stop by, good for people who looking for a space to to some activity like ping pong or volley, because its attached to ultimo community center.
