We took our 8 year old there and they helped so much! She was always excited to go and all of the strategies they advised were practical and age aappropriate.The admin team were also so easy to work with the communication was great. We can't thank the team at Unbound Minds enough!

I’m a support worker and came to Unbound minds today and was blown away by the professionalism , care and communication they showed us. This place is awesome and caters for all accessibility clients. I can highly recommend their services . From the front reception to the Therapist treating their patients 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ compassion is everywhere

Such a wonderful practice. The admin and customer service team are so kind, patient, and helpful, even during busy times. They really make you feel supported. I saw Dr Philip during my sessions and felt calm, comfortable, and understood from the very beginning. An amazing team that has already helped me greatly on my journey.

Fantastic centre! The staff are all great. Very welcoming and warm. I met with Kaja for my first session and I felt so comfortable talking to her. Feeling really good about attending! Easy parking downstairs too.

going to therapy and finding a physcologist didn’t come easy going to so many practices I thought I was never going to get the help I needed before I found unbound minds & courtney at unbound minds. Courtney has helped me more then she will ever know, and the work that unbound minds do that make you feel seen heard and supported is everything to someone that has wished to be seen and heard growing up. I would recommend unbound minds to anyone but I would recommended Courtney to absolutely everyone because she’s helped me so much.

My daughter had her first visit with Leyla at Unbound Minds, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Leyla was so inviting and kind, instantly making my daughter feel comfortable. She didn’t waste any time getting to know her and asked thoughtful questions with incredible attention to detail. I initially sought support for an ASD assessment, but Leyla was able to identify other underlying factors that gave me so much more clarity and understanding about my daughter’s needs. It was such a relief to feel truly listened to and supported. If you’re looking for a child psychologist in the Penrith area, I highly recommend Unbound Minds. The service is professional, warm, and much more affordable compared to others I’ve looked into. Definitely worth checking out!

Called and was told there were two possible options for me (either acceptance of previous diagnosis or reassessment at another unbound minds clinic). Went through the process of getting referrals, filling in forms so they could assess which intake I would need and then got told the psychiatrist didn’t think I would be a good fit and told to contact another center. No explanation as to why I wasn’t a good fit and no exploration or explanation of why I they were not referring over to the second option. Hugely disappointing experience, all the personal approach and polite rapport and helpfulness disappeared. Really crushing for someone who is just desperate to get the help I need.

The staff at Unbound minds have been amazing. They are very kind and very polite, going above and beyond with anything that I have asked. Jarrod in particular has been very helpful and supportive during my time working with him through my anxiety flare ups. He has offered a range of coping strategies and was always open to all of my concerns. I can’t honestly thank all the team enough for all their ongoing support.
