Highly recommended! I've been to other physios before in the past but they've never really worked out for me. I've been seeing Millie at Unique Physio for back pain and scoliosis and she has honestly worked wonders with her treatment and has worked with me to develop a long term management plan. I've also done a clinical pilates class with Millie and she had an individualised exercise plan catered to my condition.
