The whole experience of getting my BESS through upstream energy was very pleasant. The sales process was professional and realistic without the sales 'b.s' most solar companies give about never paying for power again. They helped me through various deviations to the plan due to my requirements changing and the install went perfectly to plan. Would highly recommend!

Tremendously happy. Upstream Energy have been very easy to deal with, great communication, informative sales people and well priced. The installation process was trouble free, very professional and had very pleasant installers to deal with. Highly recommend, where customer service does mean something. They delivered on all fronts: on time, price, quality and customer service. AAA+
