We highly recommend Yelena, working with her was one of the best decisions we made for our Mt Colah renovation. Yelena brought thoughtful, practical design ideas to our project which included a kitchen renovation, bedroom and bathroom extension, and a new back deck, balancing aesthetics with practicality. Yelena was always available, took the time to understand what we wanted, and worked to bring that vision to life rather than imposing her own ideas. She also worked closely with our builder as needed to fine-tune the plans and ensure everything came together seamlessly. She was instrumental in navigating the CDC process. Her deep understanding of the requirements ensured everything was fit for purpose, and she went above and beyond in coordinating and sequencing the various reports needed for approval. We genuinely couldn’t have done it without her. On top of all that, Yelena is both affordable and a pleasure to work with. She was approachable, responsive - a true partner throughout the process. Highly recommend and would engage her again.

We had a wonderful time with Yelena as our Architect. Yelena was very easy to work with and made sure we were happy with every step. Yelena has a tonne of experience which showed in all the ideas and suggestions she came up with. She also saved us heaps of money by thinking outside the box and changing a design slightly. Yelena also put us in touch with Mario from Banah buildings and he was brilliant! Highly recommend Yelena and we are so happy with our build/extension. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Yelena did a wonderful job as our architect for the renovation of our home in Rozelle. We had complicated DA requirements to overcome, but Yelena’s deep knowledge of Inner West Council’s planning rules and architectural expertise meant we have a beautiful new home that was planned and built in less than a year. We’d happily recommend her services to others.

Urban Den took our basic floorpan sketches, turned them into a set of detailed plans and managed a successful DA process for our Newtown terrace rennovation. Yelena at Urban Den was an absolute pleasure to work with. I approached Urban Den with a high level plan for my terrace home extension and after taking to a few different architects, she was the first one to truly understand what I had in mind. From initial proposal right though to design and DA lodgement, Yelena supported me every step of the way and offered solutions to problems as they arose, which are fully expected when redesigning a 110 year old home!
