This has to be the best accomodation in parramatta though i did have an issue during my stay, everything else was great! Location is perfect, you have your own laundry facility, pool, gym and a movie theatre. I also think it is decently priced too for what their rooms have to offer. Updating my review* as the team were very help and considerate with my concerns during my previous stay. Would most definitely stay again.

Gross and not accessible. One of those places which is aesthetically pleasing to mask superficial hygiene practices. I left after one day, wasted payment for 6nights. Lots of cockroaches, moving on on bench tops, tables and walls. Dead ones on the floor. G-string found in wardrobe. Opened food snacks in drawer and leftover other foods. Floor was both slimey and sticky. The basement has at least 6 empty disabled parking spots, but they refused to let me enter when I called. They said the booking doesn't include a car spot for the unit. I explained we needed disabled access for my family member, but they refused. Location is terrible. No supermarkets or anything nearby. Parking is an extreme nightmare unless you pay a lot for local car park that is dim and dark. Lots of shady people loitering downstairs in the evening.

Had a great stay at this one bedroom apartment. The place was clean, well maintained, and exactly as shown in the photos. The bed was comfortable and the whole apartment felt cozy and relaxing. The location was very convenient with everything nearby, which made getting around easy. Check in was smooth and the host was responsive and helpful throughout. Overall, it felt like a home away from home. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay again.

This place was amazing, reasonable price and has everything you need. It’s great for families. Only problem is the curtains are sheer so if you have a kid in a porta cot in the living room they will wake up early. And the door handle height for main door is quite low so my toddler did escape a few times. Highly recommend otherwise, just some things to keep in mind. We loved it though, would definitely stay here again. Having the PIN code was convenient and there was lots of street parking over the weekend which is free after 6pm. Otherwise you have the Hassall st paid parking garage on the same street just a short walk.
