I bought two pairs of jeans — they were pretty expensive, but I didn’t mind because I liked the brand. I was absolutely sure I picked the right size & brand. I wear size 34, but somehow I ended up bringing home size 38 — way too big & different brand. I must’ve grabbed the wrong pair at the last minute or probably got switched at the counter. The very next day, I went back to the store to exchange them. I wasn’t asking for a refund, just a simple size exchange. I even knew exactly which jeans I picked the day before. But the person at the counter gave me a flat “All sales are final” — no effort, no empathy, just that cold policy line. When I told them it was literally yesterday, they still insisted, clearly just looking for a reason not to help. This store used to be my favorite, but this ridiculous experience has completely ruined it for me. Hands down the worst customer service I’ve ever had. But maybe there’s a silver lining — I ended up reselling the jeans and made a hefty profit. Who knows, maybe I’ll just buy out the entire brand and resell it myself next time.

Just up from the beach is this second clothing shop, that is on the upper end of products available, however, they always have good quirky stuff

Went here yesterday. Quite an amazing sale.50% of everything excluding accessories. The place is jam packed with quality secondhand and vintage clothing. We bought over $200 worth of gear for $90. Lady behind the counter was lovely. I don’t usually shop here but definitely worth checking out when sales on. Good selection of designer label handbags as well and heaps of secondhand sneakers and sandals etc. I have returned to this store a few times after my initial visit and was disappointed to see prices have risen and quality of stock has dropped. I was there initially when store was first opened and perhaps it had prime stock at better prices initially so I’ve been a bit disappointed last couple visits. Just to let you know.
