I absolutely loved it! The food was delicious, and the pizza really exceeded my expectations. It’s definitely one of the best pizzas I’ve had in Sydney. The service was excellent as well. Thank you so much Angelica, for your warm hospitality. I’ll definitely be coming back! 🫶🏼😌

One of my friends told me there were the best pizza in Sydney… so when I walked past the restaurant and saw a free table on ANZAC Day, I thought it was the perfect opportunity to test my friend’s claim. He was right! The dough was beautifully soft and on par with pizza you can get in Naples. The lasagna was also great. Service was very friendly, with a smile. We had a lovely lunch.

I had a most fabulous experience here. Staff are all very friendly and attentive. I got a seasonal special with potato and mushroom and it was divine. I was also surprised at how quickly the food came out. A great spot for a sunset dinner. It’s also affordable relative to the vibe of the place.

I keep coming back to this Italian restaurant in Surry Hills! The service is consistently excellent—my favourite waiter, Dimitri, is always very attentive, friendly, and welcoming. Chef Alesso never disappoints, the food is always very good and full of flavor. Highly recommend! 🇮🇹✨

Hankering for a pizza for a little while and this seemed like a good place that was one the home and also actually open at lunchtime. Chose an inside table. It's a pretty big place. Service was ok.. ...a little bit distant. Didn't order any starters - just a Moretti. Ordered a pizza each - "Brandi" Bufalina Margherita for me and a "Sorbillo" Capricciosa for my partner. Both were amazing. Great, simple ingredients on a crispy thing base with a crunchy, light crust. Absolutely nothing to not like here. Will definitely be back - need to try a dessert or two but was just too full on this visit... Update: 10/01/26 - that awkward second date. I always get a little nervous when you find somewhere you really like and then go back. There are those, "will the food be as good?", "is the experience going to be the same?" Glad to say - it totally was! The pizza was fresh, great ingredients, unreal base. Tried the Diavola this time. Did not disappoint. So, we will be back.
